POSTAGE & HANDLING
Products < $200
Wolfcom Australia uses Australia Post’s Standard Parcel Post Service for all Australian orders. However, we are happy to provide an Express Post service if this is required, for a small additional charge. Please Contact Us for a freight quote, or alternatively, please refer to the link below to get approximate freight costs and delivery times for both Parcel Post and Express Post Services.
Products > $200
For any products over the value of $200, we will obtain Insurance using Australia Post Insurance. We will also ensure that a signature on delivery is required, to minimise risk of the order going missing. Please Contact Us for a cost on your overseas freight.
Unless advised by you to use another shipping service, any overseas orders will be shipped using Australia Post. Please see details below on Overseas Postage, including local regulations and other important information.
Additionally, there are usually Import Duties and other charges at the destination port, which need to be paid for by the buyer of the products. As we don’t charge GST for overseas orders, your port charges these at the destination, so requires your payment for release of the products.
